Return Policy

Summary: Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
If your order arrives with an issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you.

What’s covered

  • Item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted/incorrect item.

What’s not covered

  • Wrong size, color, or change of mind

  • Normal wear & tear or damage after delivery

  • Final-sale / personalized items

How to file a claim (within 30 days)

  1. Email support@aaronkellim.com with:

    • Order #

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the item, the defect, and the packaging label

  2. We’ll review within 2–3 business days.

  3. If approved, we’ll replace the item at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return shipping

  • For approved claims (damaged/defective), we cover return/replacement shipping.

  • We don’t accept unsolicited returns.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only offered if your item is defective or misprinted. For all other reasons, returns/exchanges are not accepted.

Timing of refunds

  • Refunds (if chosen instead of a replacement) are issued after claim approval to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 business days to post it.
